SIWES.ca brings together practical, community-focused training to help people build agricultural knowledge and explore opportunities to work in the sector.
Working alongside Mighty Oaks / Mighty Raven Technology, our team helped pull together the learning modules, organize the training plan, and support the funding application.
We also delivered hands-on workshops on site, working directly with participants to develop content and better understand the education needed to help more people prepare for agricultural work. Those experiences helped shape training grounded in practical activities and community needs.
By bringing these resources together online, SIWES.ca provides a foundation for continued learning beyond the workshops, supporting agricultural skills development and local food-production capacity.
Our hope is to bring information to those who need it, in manageable ways. You don’t need to be a genius to start taking care of your food needs… you need motivation, passion, and community.
